Antverpia is actief binnen de apotheeksector en apotheekgroothandel. Vanuit onze organisatie ondersteunen we apotheken en interne teams met betrouwbare processen, digitale oplossingen en een sterke focus op kwaliteit.

Over de functie

Als AI Builder maak je deel uit van een klein en hecht team rond AI en automatisatie. Je bouwt geen presentaties over AI, je bouwt toepassingen die draaien. Je ontwikkelt en integreert AI-toepassingen met tools zoals Claude Code en Codex, vertaalt bestaande processen naar automations en agentic loops, en verbindt onze systemen met elkaar via API's en MCP. Je werkt nauw samen met een AI-lead en een klein intern devteam.

Jouw takenpakket

AI-toepassingen en automatisatie

• Je ontwikkelt en integreert AI-toepassingen en applicaties, gebouwd met tools zoals Claude Code en Codex.

• Je vertaalt bestaande processen naar automations en agentic loops: van taak, naar functie, naar volledige loop.

• Je maakt abstractie van losse taken naar herbruikbare skills en workflows.

Agentic development en integraties

• Je werkt met autonome agent harnesses en zet ze in waar ze renderen, niet waar ze indruk maken.

• Je legt koppelingen tussen interne systemen, externe API's en AI-diensten via API's en MCP.

Verantwoord bouwen

• Je denkt mee over wat mag, wat kan, en wat je beter niet automatiseert. GDPR en de AI Act zijn voor jou geen voetnoot.

• Je bouwt traceerbaar: observability en tracing horen er vanaf dag één bij, niet achteraf.

• Je houdt token- en API-budgetten in het oog als ontwerpkeuze, niet als verrassing op de factuur.

Jouw profiel

• Je hebt ervaring met Claude Code, Codex of gelijkaardige AI-coding agents.

• Je werkt vlot met de grote taalmodellen, van Claude en GPT tot Kimi en wat er gisteren uitkwam.

• Je weet wat RAG is, en vooral wanneer je het niet nodig hebt.

• Je weet dat temperature geen kwaliteitsknop is, en waarom je hem op 0 zet.

• Je denkt analytisch en werkt oplossingsgericht: een proces dat hapert is voor jou geen ergernis maar een puzzel.

• Je hebt genoeg technische bagage om gevaarlijk te zijn: scripting, API's, git, en de reflex om eerst de docs te lezen.

• Je hoeft geen senior te zijn, maar je hebt een doorgedreven, lichtjes obsessieve interesse in AI: release notes lezen bij het ontbijt, in het weekend iets bouwen omdat het kan, op maandag uitleggen waarom het beter moet.

Pluspunten

• Kennis van AI-tools zoals Cursor, Windsurf, Aider, Hermes, Paperclip, …

• Je hebt al eens een lokaal model gedraaid via Ollama, netjes gequantiseerd naar 4-bit om het op je eigen machine te krijgen.

• Ervaring met automatisatieplatformen zoals Make of n8n.

• Je voelt je ook thuis buiten de AI-bubbel: .NET, SQL, Next.js, … AI-code moet uiteindelijk ergens landen.

• Je hebt al eens iets in productie gezet waar niemand om vroeg, maar dat iedereen nu gebruikt.
