Antverpia is niet zomaar een apotheek. Jozef Van Genechten opende zijn eerste apotheek in 1959.

Inmiddels is de fakkel overgenomen door zijn 4 kinderen, 4 ambitieuze en mensgerichte apothekers. Met respect voor traditie en waarden, en met ieders visie en innoverende accenten, is de groep verder uitgebouwd tot een vooruitstrevende en sterke onderneming. Gedrevenheid, innovatie en zorg voor patiënten & medewerkers zijn belangrijke waarden van dit familiebedrijf.

60 jaar na de oprichting is Apotheek Antverpia uitgegroeid tot een bloeiende groep van 11 apotheken, een groothandel en de online apotheek PharmaMarket.

Antverpia is bovendien pionier in de Individuele Medicatie Voorbereiding. Als eerste officina apotheek in België startte Antverpia in 2006 met een geautomatiseerd herverpakkingsproces om vaste orale medicatie per patiënt en per tijdstip af te leveren. Deze activiteit is niet meer weg te denken in de belevering van woonzorgcentra. Ondertussen bestaat het team in Kontich (nog tot eind maart in Mechelen) uit 40 medewerkers, waaronder 4 apothekers en belevert het tal van woonzorgcentra.

Kom jij dit dynamische team versterken als apotheekhulp ?

Jouw takenpakket:

· Je bereidt de medicatie voor en vult de verpakkingsmachines aan;

· Je ontblistert en labelt de medicatie;

· Je halveert en kwarteert tabletten;

· Je pakt geneesmiddelen uit bij nieuwe leveringen en vult de voorraad aan;

· Je controleert de geproduceerde IMV-zakjes en corrigeert indien nodig;

· Je zet de medicatie voor de manuele IMV klaar;
