Deine Aufgaben

Du arbeitest direkt im Tech & Product Team mit Andreas, unserem CPTO, an der Schnittstelle von Produkt, Technik und Business. Du entwickelst neue und erweiterst bestehende Softwarekomponenten, um vielen Händlern und Konsumenten wertvolle und sichtbare Mehrwerte zu bringen.

Das machst du

  • Du implementierst mit uns neuartige Funktionen für Händler und Konsumenten, die die digitale Online-Welt mit der lokalen Handelswelt zusammenbringen.
  • Du beschäftigst dich mit der Nutzung modernster Technologien im Bereich Data und AI, die sich teilweise noch in der Forschung befinden: System One Models, Generative UI, Agentic Workflows.
  • Du entwickelst Prototypen und Proof of Concepts, z. B. AI-Agents, Automatisierungen oder neue Features rund um den digitalen Beleg.
  • Du arbeitest an Zukunftsthemen mit, z. B. wie AI-Assistenten Kaufdaten aus dem Beleg nutzen können
  • Du analysierst Daten und Anforderungen und leitest daraus konkrete Produktideen ab
  • Du testest neue AI-Tools und Modelle und zeigst dem Team, was damit möglich ist
  • Du arbeitest eng mit Produkt, Engineering, Sales und Customer Success zusammen

Das bringst du mit

  • Studium der Informatik, Wirtschaftsinformatik oder eines vergleichbaren technischen Fachs
  • Erfahrung im Programmieren mit TypeScript/React/Vue, .NET oder Python
  • Erfahrung mit relationalen oder dokumentenbasierten Datenbanksystemen
  • Erfahrung in der Softwareentwicklung mit Hilfe von AI Coding Agents wie Claude Code oder Codex
  • Erfahrung mit RESTful Web APIs
  • Erfahrung mit LLMs, AI-Tools oder APIs, z. B. aus Uni, Nebenprojekten oder Hackathons
  • Interesse an der Business-Seite: Du willst verstehen, warum etwas gebaut wird, nicht nur wie
  • Eigeninitiative und Ehrgeiz: Du treibst Themen selbst voran und zeigst gern Ergebnisse
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
  • Den Willen und die Fähigkeit, Themen als Micro-Projekte auch end-to-end zu ownen, selbstständig zu entwickeln und voranzutreiben
  • Optional:Erfahrung mit System One Models wie Jev Erfahrung mit UI/UX-Design und Generativer UI Erste Erfahrungen mit Softwarearchitekturpattern Erfahrung mit Entwicklung auch im Backend, nicht nur im Fontend Erfahrung mit Websockets
