Tu Día a Día

- Hablar con clientes españoles (en español) que ya nos necesitan (solo clientes potenciales calientes).

- Generar confianza, vender de manera inteligente y cerrar con seguridad.

- Gestionar tu cartera como si fuera tu propio negocio.

- Colaborar con tu manager para seguir creciendo.

- Compartir ideas que impulsen nuestro crecimiento.

Lo que NO Harás

- Buscar clientes desde cero.

- Perderte en bucles de tareas administrativas.

- Malgastar energía en “trabajo por hacer”.

Lo Que Buscamos:

- Experiencia en ventas con historial probado de superar objetivos.

- Entusiasmo, resiliencia y hambre de éxito.

- Habilidad para comunicarte y crear confianza rápidamente.

- Mentalidad positiva: no te rindes cuando las cosas se ponen difíciles.

- Atención al detalle y capacidad de aprender rápido.

- Espíritu de equipo: disfrutas en un entorno de ventas dinámico y de apoyo.

- Fluidez en inglés y español (oral y escrito). Nuestros patrones de turnos en Bogotá: De abril a octubre, Bogotá está 7 horas detrás de España. - Lunes a viernes: 2:00 a.m. - 1:00 p.m. - Sábado y domingo: 2:00 a.m. - 11:00 a. m. De noviembre a marzo, Bogotá está 6 horas detrás de España. - Lunes a viernes: 3:00 a.m. - 2:00 p.m. - Sábado y domingo: 3:00 a.m. - 12:00 p.m.
