Om oss Hamburger Börs är en ikonisk plats och livescen mitt i centrala Stockholm. Vi gör allt från konserter, event, mingel, galor och stora fester till klubbar.

Om tjänsten

Som hovmästare på Börsen ansvarar du för att leda den dagliga driften under event, konserter, middagar och andra arrangemang. Du säkerställer att gästerna får en förstklassig upplevelse samtidigt som du coachar och stöttar teamet för att nå bästa möjliga resultat.

Arbetsuppgifter

  • Leda och fördela det dagliga arbetet
  • Säkerställa hög servicenivå och gästnöjdhet.
  • Introducera, motivera och utveckla medarbetare.
  • Vara en förebild i service och värdskap.
  • I samarbete med närmaste chef planera och schemalägga personal
  • Hantera gästkontakter och lösa eventuella utmaningar på ett professionellt sätt.
  • Samarbeta nära restaurangchef, kök, servering och övriga avdelningar

Vi söker dig som

  • Har minst 3 års erfarenhet från restaurangbranschen, i en ledande roll.
  • Har dokumenterat goda ledaregenskaper och trivs med att coacha och utveckla andra.
  • Är en prestigelös lagspelare som har lätt för att samarbeta med människor.
  • Har en stark känsla för service och värdskap, som sprider glädje bland medarbetare och gäster
  • Har ett öga för detaljer och alltid gästen i fokus
  • Är flexibel, lösningsorienterad och ser till hela teamet
  • Förmåga att behålla lugn, struktur och kvalitet även under intensiva arbetspass
