STAR Bowling söker en engagerad och strukturerad köksmästare som vill ta helhetsansvar för vårt kök och vara med och utveckla vår restaurangverksamhet.

OM ROLLEN

Som köksmästare ansvarar du för den dagliga driften och leder vårt köksteam. Du planerar bemanning och produktion, säkerställer kvalitet och arbetar aktivt med inköp, ekonomi och utveckling.

Vår verksamhet omfattar bland annat barmeny, burgare och pubklassiker, à la carte, middagspaket, bufféer samt större företagsevent och kalas. Därför söker vi dig som trivs med både högt tempo och varierande gästvolymer.

Dina viktigaste ansvarsområden

  • Leda och utveckla köksteamet.
  • Planera bemanning, produktion och mise en place.
  • Ansvara för inköp, leverantörer och lager.
  • Arbeta med kalkyler, råvarukostnader, svinn och lönsamhet.
  • Utveckla menyer och arbetssätt.
  • Säkerställa kvalitet, hygien och livsmedelssäkerhet.
  • Planera och genomföra större event, bufféer och sällskap.

VEM ÄR DU?

Vi söker dig som har flera års erfarenhet som köksmästare, souschef eller motsvarande ledande roll, gärna från en restaurang med högt tempo och stora volymer.

Du är en trygg ledare, strukturerad och lösningsorienterad. Du gillar att arbeta operativt men har samtidigt förståelse för ekonomi, inköp och långsiktig planering.

Erfarenhet av amerikanskinspirerad mat, pubklassiker, bufféer och eventverksamhet är meriterande.
