Votre mission

Rattaché(e) au Responsable Achats, vous êtes garant(e) de la disponibilité des composants et matières premières nécessaires à la production. Vous assurez le pilotage des approvisionnements auprès d'un portefeuille de fournisseurs afin de garantir le respect des délais, des coûts et de la qualité, tout en contribuant à la performance de la Supply Chain.

Votre mission

* Analyser les besoins issus de l'ERP (MRP) et générer les commandes d'approvisionnement.

* Passer, suivre et relancer les commandes auprès des fournisseurs.

* Assurer le respect des délais de livraison et anticiper les risques de rupture.

* Coordonner les actions avec les achats, la planification, la production, la qualité et la logistique.

* Mettre à jour les données de livraison dans l'ERP et assurer leur fiabilité.

* Gérer les accusés de réception des commandes et les écarts éventuels.

* Participer au traitement des non\-conformités logistiques avec les fournisseurs.

* Identifier et mettre en oeuvre des actions d'amélioration continue afin d'optimiser les délais, les niveaux de stock et les coûts logistiques.

Ce que vous apportez

* Formation de niveau CFC, BTS, DUT, Bachelor ou équivalent dans les domaines du Commerce, des achats, ou de la logistique.

* Expérience de 2 à 5 ans dans une fonction en lien avec la gestion et le suivi des commandes.

* Maîtrise d'un ERP (SAP, ProConcept, Microsoft Dynamics, Oracle ou équivalent).

* Bonne maîtrise de Microsoft Excel.

* Bonne compréhension des flux industriels et de la planification de production.

* Français courant et la possibilité de communiquer en Anglais (oral et écrit)
