En tant qu'Approvisionneur (Material Planner), vous serez responsable de la planification et de la coordination des achats de matières premières et de pièces de rechange pour assurer le bon fonctionnement continu des opérations de production. Vous superviserez également la gestion des fournisseurs, les indicateurs de performance des achats et les niveaux de stocks afin d'optimiser l'efficacité et de minimiser les coûts.

Vos missions :

  • Élaborer des plans d'approvisionnement en fonction des besoins de production et des prévisions de demande.
  • Passer les commandes auprès des fournisseurs pour les matières premières et les pièces de rechange nécessaires.
  • Suivre et gérer les délais de livraison des fournisseurs pour assurer des approvisionnements en temps opportun.
  • Évaluer la performance des fournisseurs en termes de qualité, de ponctualité et de coûts.
  • Optimiser les niveaux de stocks en tenant compte des variations de la demande et des contraintes budgétaires.
  • Collaborer avec les équipes de production, d'approvisionnement et de logistique pour anticiper les besoins et résoudre les problèmes d'approvisionnement.
  • Analyser les données d'inventaire et les tendances pour identifier des opportunités d'amélioration de l'efficacité opérationnelle.
  • Établir et surveiller les indicateurs de performance clés (KPI) liés aux achats.
  • Participer à l'élaboration et à l'amélioration des processus d'approvisionnement pour optimiser les coûts et les délais.

Votre profil :

  • Diplôme universitaire en logistique, en gestion des opérations ou dans un domaine connexe.
  • 5 ans+ expérience pratique dans la gestion des achats ou des approvisionnements, de préférence dans un environnement industriel.
  • Expérience préalable dans un rôle similaire en gestion des achats ou de la chaîne d'approvisionnement.
  • Bonne compréhension des principes d'achat, des termes contractuels et des pratiques de négociation.
  • Solides compétences analytiques pour interpréter les données d'inventaire et les rapports de performance.
  • Capacité à travailler de manière autonome tout en étant un bon collaborateur.
  • Excellentes compétences en communication pour collaborer avec diverses parties prenantes internes et externes.
  • Maîtrise des outils informatiques et des logiciels de gestion des stocks (ERP) ; connaissance spécifique des systèmes ERP tels que QAD ou MFGpro fortement souhaitée.
  • Maitrise de l’anglais professionnel.
