Ihre Aufgaben

Durchführung von Behandlungen

✅ Du planst und führst physiotherapeutische Behandlungen durch – auf Basis der medizinischen Diagnose und der individuellen Bedürfnisse unserer Patient*innen.

✅ Je nach Qualifikation wendest du verschiedene Therapieformen an, darunter INDIBA®-, Wärme- und Elektrotherapie.

Befundung und Diagnostik

✅ Du führst eingehende Befundungen und Assessments durch, um den physiotherapeutischen Bedarf einzuschätzen.

✅ Du erstellst individuelle Therapiepläne und passt diese fortlaufend an den Therapiefortschritt an.

Beratung und Aufklärung

✅ Du berätst deine Patient*innen zu den Ursachen ihrer Beschwerden und erläuterst die therapeutischen wie patientenorientierten Ziele der Behandlung.

✅ Du leitest sie zu Übungen und Maßnahmen an, die Selbsthilfe und Eigenverantwortung fördern.

Digitale Dokumentation

✅ Du dokumentierst Behandlungsverläufe und Fortschritte sorgfältig und sachgerecht.

✅ Du erfasst relevante Daten für die Qualitätssicherung und die interdisziplinäre Zusammenarbeit.

Zusammenarbeit im Team

✅ Du nimmst an Teambesprechungen und Fortbildungen teil und trägst so zur kontinuierlichen Verbesserung unserer Behandlungsqualität bei.

✅ Du arbeitest eng mit anderen Gesundheitsdienstleistern zusammen – z. B. Ärztinnen, Logopädinnen, Ergotherapeutinnen und Sportwissenschaftlerinnen – für eine umfassende Patientenbetreuung.

Prävention und Gesundheitsförderung

✅ Du wirkst an Programmen zur Gesundheitsförderung und Prävention mit – in unserer Praxis oder im Rahmen gemeinschaftlicher Gesundheitsinitiativen.

✅ Du gestaltest Workshops und Schulungen für Patient*innen und Mitarbeitende rund um die Themen Bewegung und Prävention.

Ihr Profil

Ausbildung oder Studium

✅ Du bist staatlich anerkannter oder angehender Physiotherapeut*in (m/w/d).

Berufserfahrung

✅ Ob Berufseinsteiger*in oder mit mehreren Jahren Erfahrung: Bei uns bist du in jeder Phase deiner Laufbahn willkommen.

✅ Starte mit deiner abgeschlossenen Ausbildung und gehe mit uns deine ersten Schritte.
