Technicien Support IT

Aujourd'hui nous recherchons un Technicien Support Senior pour nous rejoindre en interne.

?? Contexte : Au sein de notre équipe support et services managés basée à Genève, vous intervenez directement sur les architectures informatiques de nos clients PME pour assurer leur bon fonctionnement au quotidien. Vous assurez la gestion technique de bout en bout, de la prise en charge de l'incident jusqu'à l'intervention directe sur les serveurs et les réseaux.

Votre rôle :

  • Assurer le support technique N1/N2 et résoudre les incidents en intervenant directement sur les systèmes clients
  • Administrer et maintenir au quotidien les serveurs Windows (Active Directory, GPO, DNS, DHCP) et les environnements virtualisés (VMware, Hyper\-V)
  • Surveiller l'infrastructure via nos outils de monitoring et vérifier l'intégrité des sauvegardes quotidiennes (notamment sous Veeam)
  • Diagnostiquer et traiter les pannes réseau et sécurité de premier niveau (pare\-feux Fortinet, switchs, VLANs, VPN)
  • Réaliser les maintenances préventives, les mises à jour et le suivi d'exploitation des parcs serveurs et postes de travail
  • Effectuer les interventions techniques sur site client et participer aux rotations de piquet d'astreinte
  • Prendre en charge les sollicitations utilisateurs, documenter les architectures et enrichir la base de connaissances

Le profil recherché :

  • CFC d’informaticien ou formation technique jugée équivalente
  • Au moins 5 ans d’expérience pratique alliant support utilisateur et exploitation concrète de serveurs en PME ou chez un prestataire
  • Habitude de se connecter et d'opérer directement sur des serveurs Windows Server et des hyperviseurs (pas uniquement du helpdesk ou de la réorientation de tickets)
  • Connaissance des solutions de sauvegarde professionnelles (la pratique de Veeam Backup est un plus)
  • Notions en réseau d'entreprise (adressage IP, VLAN, filtrage pare\-feu de base)
  • Résidence sur Genève préférée
  • Permis nécessaire pour pouvoir intervenir ponctuellement chez les clients
  • Sens aigu du service client, esprit d'équipe, rigueur et excellente communication en français
