Recebem valores de vendas de produtos e serviços; controlam numerários e valores; atendem o público em agência postal na recepção e entregam objetos postais; recebem contas e tributos e processam remessa e pagamento de numerários por meio postal; vendem bilhetes e ingressos em locais de diversão; processam a arrecadação de prestação de serviço nas estradas de rodagem; prestam informações ao público, tais como itinerários, horários, preços, locais, duração de espetáculos, promoções e eventos etc.. Preenchem formulários e relatórios administrativos.

RESPONSOGRAMA

1. Atendimento ao Cliente:

• Receber os clientes de forma cordial e amigável;

• Esclarecer dúvidas sobre produtos e serviços;

• Manter uma postura profissional e atenta durante todo o atendimento;

• Oferecer o processo de fidelização com o cliente (PEC);

• Informar sobre campanha de vendas e ofertas. Realizando vendas de produtos de campanhas e não medicamentos;

• Anotar pedidos.

2. Processamento de Pagamentos:

• Registrar as compras no sistema de caixa,

• Conferir produtos da cesta de compras do cliente;

• Aceitar diferentes formas de pagamento (dinheiro, cartão de crédito, débito, pix, convênio, etc.);

• Realizar o processo de fidelização do cliente;

• Emitir notas fiscais e recibos conforme a legislação vigente;

• Entregar, obrigatoriamente, o cupom fiscal ao consumidor.

3. Controle de Caixa:

• Realizar a abertura e fechamento do caixa, conferindo o fundo de troco;

• Compras em convenio e compras a vista para consumo pessoal (somente pelo gerente de loja ou supervisor de loja).

• Manter o controle de entradas e saídas de dinheiro;

• Identificar e reportar qualquer discrepância no caixa;

• Realizar sangrias, sempre que houver a quantia de R$ 500,00 (quinhentos reais) em espécie no caixa;

• Realizar sangrias mediante um supervisor de loja;

• Realizar sangria antes dos intervalos;

• Conferir o fundo de troco no retorno dos intervalos;

• Realizar a conferencia e os lançamentos corretos de pix, cartões, dinheiro e convênios no final da jornada de trabalho;

• Realizar a verificação de notas falsas, com o uso das canetas detectoras.

4. Organização do Ambiente de Trabalho:

• Manter a área do caixa limpa e organizada,

• Manter organizada, limpa e reposta a gondola de responsabilidade;

• Verificar a validade de produtos e realizar o lançamento das informações em planilhas de controle de validade;

• Repor materiais de consumo, como sacolas, bobinas, canetas, maquinetas carregadas, panfletos promocionais, decoração (se houver);

• Zelar pela guardar e bom uso dos carregadores das maquinetas;

• Garantir que os produtos em promoção estejam visíveis e bem apresentados,

• Contribuir na organização do layout da loja, caso necessário.

5. Atendimento a Normas e Procedimentos:

• Cumprir as normas de segurança e prevenção de fraudes,

• Estar atento a comportamentos suspeitos e reportar imediatamente qualquer irregularidade ao supervisor de loja/gerente;

• Cumprir as normas de segurança do trabalho e saúde ocupacional;

• Seguir as políticas da empresa em relação ao atendimento e manuseio de dinheiro;

• Manter a confidencialidade das informações dos clientes;

• Manter a confidencialidade das informações rotineiras e financeira da loja,

• Informar pedidos de produtos no grupo de faltas da loja.

6. Relacionamento com a Equipe:

• Colaborar com outros membros da equipe para garantir um bom fluxo de atendimento.

• Participar de reuniões e treinamentos para atualização sobre procedimentos e produtos.

• Realizar pausa para lanche e café da manhã, intercalando entre colegas para não deixar o posto de trabalho sozinho. Em horários de menor fluxo de clientes.

7. Resolução de Problemas:

• Lidar com situações de insatisfação do cliente de forma calma e eficiente.

• Reportar problemas técnicos com o sistema de caixa ou equipamentos ao supervisor.
