Sie haben pharmazeutische Kenntnisse und möchten diese mit kaufmännischem Geschick verbinden? Oder bringen Sie Erfahrung im Einkauf und in der Warenwirtschaft mit?

Dann werden Sie Teil unseres Teams und unterstützen uns im Einkauf bei der Sicherstellung einer zuverlässigen Arzneimittelversorgung.

Zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt suchen wir eine engagierte Mitarbeiterin / einen Mitarbeiter (m/w/d) für unseren Einkauf in Vollzeit, die/der mit Organisationstalent, Sorgfalt und Freude an Kommunikation unser Team bereichert.

Eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung als PKA ist von Vorteil, aber keine zwingende Voraussetzung. Auch Bewerber mit einer kaufmännischen Ausbildung oder entsprechender Berufserfahrung im Einkauf, in der Warenwirtschaft oder im pharmazeutischen Umfeld sind herzlich willkommen.

Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Pflege und Aktualisierung von Artikel- und Lieferantendaten
  • Unterstützung bei der Optimierung von Einkaufs- und Warenprozessen
  • Eigenständige Bearbeitung und Koordination des Bestellprozesses für einen definierten Warenbereich
  • Auswahl, Bestellung und Verwaltung von Arzneimitteln sowie apothekenüblichen Produkten
  • Kommunikation und Zusammenarbeit mit unseren Lieferanten und Ansprechpartnern
  • Überwachung von Lieferterminen und Sicherstellung der Warenverfügbarkeit

Das bringen Sie idealerweise mit:

  • Eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung als PKA oder eine kaufmännische Ausbildung bzw. vergleichbare Berufserfahrung
  • Interesse an Arzneimitteln, Apothekenbedarf und Warenwirtschaft
  • Sorgfältige, strukturierte und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise
  • Organisationstalent und Verantwortungsbewusstsein
  • Freude an Kommunikation und Zusammenarbeit mit Lieferanten und Kolleg
  • Gute EDV-Kenntnisse und einen sicheren Umgang mit den gängigen MS-Office-Anwendungen
  • Eigeninitiative und die Bereitschaft, sich in neue Aufgabenbereiche einzuarbeiten
