  • Strong knowledge of Cloud, Artificial Intelligence, Data Architecture, System Integration, and Cybersecurity concepts.
  • Ability to independently develop conceptual solution architectures, facilitate technical pre-sales discussions, and collaborate with Solutions Architects to validate proposed approaches.
  • Strong ability to communicate technical solutions through executive-level presentations, value propositions, ROI models, and outcome-oriented business cases.
  • Experience developing account strategies, managing sales pipelines, conducting field prospecting, and identifying opportunities for strategic account growth.
  • Proficiency with CRM platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar tools for pipeline management, forecasting, and account tracking.
  • Strong negotiation, relationship-building, and executive communication skills, with the ability to engage CIOs, CTOs, Ministers, IT Directors, and Procurement stakeholders.
  • Consultative mindset, strong business judgment, adaptability, and the ability to navigate complex institutional environments.
  • Fluent or Native Spanish proficiency and B2+ English proficiency, with advanced English desired.

  • Develop and maintain strategic account plans, stakeholder maps, opportunity pipelines, and commercial forecasts.
  • Build trusted relationships with CIOs, CTOs, government executives, procurement teams, and technology partners.
  • Conduct regular field visits and executive meetings to strengthen client relationships and advance commercial opportunities.
  • Identify opportunities to position digital transformation services and outcome-based solutions within existing and prospective public sector accounts.
  • Coordinate with internal commercial, technical, and delivery teams to ensure alignment throughout the sales process.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
