Thus join us and leverage your passion for RF and excellence, bringing your education and experience to the world's most innovative company!

Description

In the role of RF Systems Validation and Integration Lead, you will serve as the primary Directly Responsible Interface (DRI) bridging projects and the RF Systems Validation and Integration organization.

Technically, you possess a comprehensive, end-to-end understanding of the RF sub-system architecture and underlying technologies—from the baseband (BB) interface all the way to the antenna. As the technical authority for the FR1 RF sub-system and its integration into the end product, you will represent the RF organization across key technical forums and program reviews. You will take unequivocal ownership of critical, high-visibility technical issues, drive cross-functional root-cause investigations, and report progress and status crisply to senior executive management.

Responsibilities

Understand multi-project requirements, decompose them into structured work packages across functional teams, and guide execution planning accordingly. Identify, track, and manage critical incoming deliverables and dependencies into our organization, ensuring they arrive on schedule and meet the highest quality standards. Actively investigate and uncover systematic technical or process flaws, taking proactive, cross-functional initiative to drive permanent solutions. Partner closely with product factory teams and on-site engineering operations to understand factory schedules across the complete product portfolio and align validation and integration readiness.

Minimum Qualifications

Technical Breadth & Fundamentals: In-depth knowledge of RF fundamentals, advanced RF measurement techniques, and solid know-how in cellular standards across various modulation schemes. 3GPP Standards: Strong working knowledge of 3GPP cellular standards with a specific focus on RF performance and compliance requirements. Complex System Acumen: Proven ability to work on complex systems with strong dependencies across HW, FW, system configuration, and SW algorithms. Technical Leadership: Proven track record in leadership roles within high-tech domains working with distributed, international teams (e.g., as a Technical Lead or System Architect). Validation & Big Data: Extensive hands-on experience in System Validation (ideally RF), driving large-scale test campaigns and extracting actionable insights from large datasets. AI/ML Innovation: Experience leveraging AI/ML methodologies and techniques to solve organizational or technical challenges (e.g., engineering workflow automation, intelligent data analytics). Cross-Functional Collaboration: Demonstrated ability to interface and collaborate technically with diverse on-site and global teams (RF Design, Firmware, Systems, Product, and Factory/Operations teams). Executive Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to distill complex, technical details into crisp, structured updates for senior leadership. Drive & Team Spirit: High collaborative spirit, natural curiosity, and the drive to take ownership and tackle diverse, challenging problems.

Preferred Qualifications

Scripting & Automation: Strong programming skills in languages such as Python for test framework extension, automation, or data processing. Advanced AI/ML Frameworks: Practical experience with modern AI/ML tooling and methodologies (prompt engineering, LLMs, agentic frameworks, MCPs, RAG, etc.) to streamline engineering workflows. Agile Execution: Solid understanding and practical experience with agile development methodologies. MS or PhD in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or related technical discipline with an RF background (or equivalent practical experience).

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
