En Enertis Applus+ estamos buscando un/a Profesional HSEQ (Cobertura Temporal) para incorporarse a nuestro equipo de Renovables en Chile, reportando directamente al/la HSEQ Manager.

Buscamos un/a Prevencionista de Riesgos con experiencia en proyectos de energías renovables, construcción o infraestructura, que desempeñe un papel clave en la supervisión de las actividades en terreno y en la implementación del Sistema de Gestión Integrado (SGI), garantizando el cumplimiento de los requisitos legales, normativos, corporativos y contractuales.

Se trata de una posición temporal para cubrir una ausencia, con un enfoque principalmente operativo y aproximadamente un 50% de dedicación a actividades de campo.

🛠️ ¿Qué vas a hacer?

Tus principales responsabilidades incluirán:

  • Realizar visitas periódicas a proyectos y centros de trabajo para verificar el cumplimiento de los requisitos de Calidad, Seguridad, Salud y Medio Ambiente.
  • Ejecutar inspecciones HSEQ, observaciones preventivas y seguimiento de controles operacionales en terreno.
  • Gestionar las acreditaciones de la empresa y del personal en las diferentes plataformas de clientes.
  • Asesorar y acompañar a los equipos de Ingeniería, Consultoría, Testing y Operaciones durante la ejecución de trabajos de campo.
  • Participar en la identificación y evaluación de riesgos, proponiendo acciones preventivas y oportunidades de mejora.
  • Investigar incidentes, accidentes, desviaciones y no conformidades, realizando el seguimiento de las acciones correctivas.
  • Coordinar actividades empresariales con clientes, contratistas y subcontratistas.
  • Gestionar inducciones, capacitaciones, entrega de EPP y requisitos documentales del personal.
  • Elaborar informes, indicadores y reportes periódicos de HSEQ para proyectos y dirección.
  • Colaborar en auditorías internas, auditorías externas, inspecciones de clientes y procesos de certificación.
  • Velar por el cumplimiento de los procedimientos corporativos y del Sistema de Gestión Integrado de Enertis Applus+.

🎯 ¿Qué estamos buscando?

  • Titulación como Prevencionista de Riesgos.
  • Experiencia en funciones HSEQ, preferiblemente en proyectos de energías renovables, construcción, infraestructura o servicios técnicos.
  • Conocimiento de Sistemas de Gestión basados en ISO 9001, ISO 14001 e ISO 45001.
  • Experiencia realizando inspecciones, supervisiones y acompañamiento operativo en terreno.
  • Capacidad para trabajar de forma autónoma y gestionar varias actividades simultáneamente.
  • Buenas habilidades de comunicación, coordinación y trabajo con equipos multidisciplinares.
  • Orientación a resultados, proactividad y atención al detalle.
  • Disponibilidad para realizar desplazamientos frecuentes dentro de Chile.
  • Nivel de inglés intermedio (valorable).
