En Enertis Applus+ estamos buscando un/a Supervisor/a de Calidad (QA/QC) para incorporarse a nuestro equipo de Ingeniería en Colombia, reportando directamente al Project Manager / Site Manager. La persona seleccionada será responsable de supervisar y controlar en campo la correcta ejecución de las actividades constructivas, asegurando el cumplimiento de las especificaciones técnicas, planos aprobados, contrato EPC, procedimientos constructivos, normativa aplicable y Plan de Calidad. El rol actuará como representante técnico de la interventoría / Owner’s Engineering frente al EPC y sus subcontratistas, identificando desviaciones, gestionando inspecciones, haciendo seguimiento a ensayos y pruebas y asegurando la correcta liberación de los trabajos.

🛠️ ¿Qué vas a hacer?

Tus principales responsabilidades incluirán: Supervisar en campo la implementación del Plan de Calidad del EPC y verificar el cumplimiento de los requisitos contractuales y técnicos. Revisar y dar seguimiento a ITP/PPI, incluyendo Hold Points, Witness Points y Review Points. Verificar la correcta ejecución de actividades de obra civil, montaje mecánico e instalaciones eléctricas. Supervisar trabajos asociados a plantas fotovoltaicas, estructuras, trackers, cableado DC/AC, equipos eléctricos, subestaciones y líneas de transmisión. Verificar materiales, equipos, certificados, trazabilidad y condiciones de almacenamiento. Revisar y hacer seguimiento a ensayos, pruebas y protocolos de aceptación. Identificar, documentar y gestionar NCR / No Conformidades y acciones correctivas hasta su cierre. Gestionar y hacer seguimiento a Punch Lists y pendientes de calidad. Revisar procedimientos constructivos, planos IFC, Quality Records y documentación del Quality Dossier. Participar en actividades de Mechanical Completion, Pre-Commissioning, Commissioning y Energization. Preparar reportes de calidad y comunicar desviaciones que puedan impactar en coste, plazo, seguridad, desempeño o garantías del proyecto. Coordinarse con EPC, subcontratistas, fabricantes, Project Manager, Site Manager y equipos técnicos del proyecto. Proporcionar soporte técnico al cliente en reuniones, inspecciones y seguimiento de los requisitos contractuales de calidad.

🎯 ¿Qué estamos buscando?

Buscamos talento, no la perfección. Si crees que puedes aportar al equipo, aunque tu perfil no encaje al 100%, queremos conocerte:

Ingeniería Civil, Eléctrica, Electromecánica, Mecánica, Industrial o afín. Mínimo 5 años de experiencia profesional en QA/QC, supervisión de calidad o construcción. Al menos 3 años de experiencia en proyectos de infraestructura energética, renovables, subestaciones o líneas de transmisión. Experiencia trabajando directamente en campo y con contratistas EPC. Experiencia en proyectos de plantas fotovoltaicas utility-scale, preferiblemente >50 MW. Conocimientos sólidos de Plan de Calidad, ITP/PPI, Hold/Witness Points, NCR, acciones correctivas, Punch List y Quality Dossier. Conocimientos de construcción de plantas fotovoltaicas, instalaciones DC/AC, MT/AT, subestaciones, líneas de transmisión y sistemas de puesta a tierra. Capacidad para interpretar planos IFC, especificaciones técnicas y procedimientos constructivos. Conocimiento de ISO 9001, IEC y RETIE, así como de la normativa técnica aplicable. Manejo de Excel y Microsoft Office. Experiencia con herramientas de gestión documental como SharePoint, Aconex o similares. Inglés intermedio, con capacidad para interpretar documentación técnica. Alta atención al detalle, rigurosidad técnica, pensamiento crítico y capacidad para tomar decisiones en campo. Comunicación efectiva y capacidad para mantener una posición firme frente a contratistas y EPC. Disponibilidad para trabajar 100% en campo, desplazarse a proyectos y trabajar bajo esquemas de rotación 5x2 / 6x2, según proyecto. Se valorará adicionalmente: Experiencia en BESS. Certificación como Auditor Interno ISO 9001. Formación específica en QA/QC, inspección, ensayos o gestión de calidad en construcción. Conocimiento de Power BI.
