In dieser Rolle bist du das Herz unseres Büros, die erste Anlaufstelle für unsere Gäste und packst überall dort an, wo Organisationstalent und ein kühler Kopf gefragt sind.

Hierfür suchen wir dich als Office Manager:in für ca. 25 h pro Woche. Du arbeitest gemeinsam mit dem Team vor Ort in unserem Büro in Köln.

Deine Aufgaben

  • Du bist das freundliche Gesicht unseres Büros und die erste Anlaufstelle für unsere Gäste (inkl. Gästebewirtung im Office)
  • Du kümmerst dich eigenverantwortlich um die Nachbestellung von Office-Materialien, stellst einen reibungslosen Büroalltag sicher und übernimmst die Postbearbeitung
  • Du greifst unserem Standortleiter im Tagesgeschäft unter die Arme und sorgst für gute Stimmung im Büro (z. B. durch die Organisation von Teamevents, Verpflegung und Getränke)
  • Du übernimmst die Vorbereitung, Organisation und Nachbereitung von internen sowie externen Meetings und kümmerst dich um die Buchung von Geschäftsreisen
  • Du unterstützt das Team flexibel bei teamübergreifenden Assistenzaufgaben und der Terminkoordination
  • Du bist Ansprechpartner:in für Dienstleister:innen, Vermieter:innen und Handwerker:innen

Dein Profil

  • Du bringst bereits erste vergleichbare Berufserfahrung, beispielsweise in der Hotellerie, im Service oder im Handel, mit
  • Du überzeugst durch eine gewissenhafte, vorausschauende, zuverlässige und selbstständige Arbeitsweise
  • Ein professionelles und höfliches Auftreten, Hilfsbereitschaft, Kommunikationsstärke sowie ein Organisationstalent mit positiver Ausstrahlung zeichnen dich aus
  • Verhandlungssichere Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift sowie fließende Englischkenntnisse bringst du ebenfalls mit
