Quais serão as suas atividades:

  • Zelar pelo patrimônio.
  • Realizar o lançamento de notas fiscais no sistema, assegurando a correta aplicação da tributação.
  • Realizar o lançamento de notas fiscais de serviço, garantindo a conformidade com as regras de retenção de impostos.
  • Garantir a correta escrituração de 100% dos documentos fiscais emitidos para a empresa, como notas fiscais de entrada e saída, em conformidade com a legislação vigente.
  • Realizar o cálculo de impostos diretos e indiretos, como ICMS, IPI, PIS, COFINS e ISSQN.
  • Realizar a integração e conciliação contábil dos lançamentos pertinentes ao cálculo de impostos.
  • Preparar e enviar obrigações acessórias, como SPED Fiscal, SPED Contribuições, DCTF, EFD-Reinf, entre outras.
  • Certificar-se de que todos os prazos das declarações acessórias sejam cumpridos com antecedência.
  • Enviar as guias de impostos dentro do prazo estipulado pelo Financeiro, certificando-se de que nenhuma seja paga em atraso.
  • Manter-se atualizado sobre as mudanças na legislação fiscal e tributária que impactem o negócio.
  • Acompanhar auditorias fiscais e atender às solicitações de órgãos fiscalizadores.
  • Identificar e minimizar riscos fiscais, atuando na prevenção de passivos e autuações.
  • Desenvolver relatórios para acompanhamento dos tributos apurados e pagos pela empresa.
  • Colaborar em projetos que envolvam mudanças no sistema fiscal, como a implementação de novas regras tributárias.
  • Apoiar no fechamento contábil mensal, garantindo a correta contabilização dos tributos.
  • Prestar suporte e esclarecimentos sobre questões fiscais para a equipe interna, auxiliando em processos e rotinas tributárias.
  • Manter o arquivamento organizado de documentos fiscais e contábeis, assegurando a pronta disponibilidade em auditorias e fiscalizações.
  • Configurar e ajustar as informações fiscais no sistema SIGER, garantindo a correta aplicação das regras tributárias.
  • Participar e implementar projetos de melhoria contínua de processos, identificando oportunidades para automação e otimização dos controles internos, contábeis e financeiros.
  • Prestar suporte à Controller em atividades pertinentes à área fiscal.

Requisitos necessários para atuação:

  • Ensino superior em andamento ou concluído na área Fiscal, Contábil.
  • Atuação de no mínimo 2 anos na área.
  • Conhecimento e atuação no sistema RECH.
