Responsabilidades: -Acompanhar alterações nas Legislações Tributárias de competência federal, estadual e municipal. Acompanhar alterações nas Legislações Tributárias de competência federal, estadual e municipal; - Acompanhar alterações nas Legislações Tributárias de competência federal, estadual e municipal; -Analisar as regras do ICMS ST num âmbito geral; - Apurar o ICMS, dentro dos prazos e normas estabelecidas; - Apurar o IPI, dentro dos prazos e normas estabelecidas; - Elaborar o fechamento de balanço; - Apurar PIS e COFINS, dentro dos prazos e normas estabelecidas; - Apuração dos Impostos Indiretos (PIS e COFINS); -Atender clientes externos e internos, sanando possíveis dúvidas tributárias; -Preparar as peças orçamentárias resumidas; - Conferir lançamento de notas ou danfes no livro registro de entrada; - Elaborar SPED CONTRIBUIÇÕES, dentro das normas e prazos estabelecidos; - Demonstração da Apuração das Contribuições Sociais; - Elaborar SPED Fiscal, dentro das normas e prazos estabelecidos; - Elaborar SPED CONTRIBUIÇÕES - Demonstração da Apuração das Contribuições Sociais; - Emitir guias para recolhimento dos tributos municipais, estaduais e federais; - Emitir Notas de Remessas em geral. Emitir Notas de Remessas (Conserto, uso fora do Estabelecimento e outras Saídas e Entradas) / venda de sucata, Etc; - Fornecer informações, documentos, relatórios e esclarecimentos que sejam necessários para as diligências fiscais. - Elaborar mensalmente REINF e DCTF para a Receita Federal, dentro das normas e prazos estabelecidos; - Gerar, analisar e transmitir via internet mensalmente SISCOSERV e DCTF para a Receita Federal. - Interagir com área de TI na adequação do sistema informatizado às necessidades dos processos fiscais. - Validar a Base de Cálculo e a Base de Créditos utilizados mensalmente. - Validar o Livro de Apuração do PIS e COFINS. - Verificar documentos fiscais de entrada de serviços, verificando a exigência do recolhimento dos tributos retidos (INSS,IRF,PIS, COFINS, CSLL, ISS); - Cumprir as normas, procedimentos e políticas do Grupo Vellore; - Zelar pelos bens e recursos da instituição, em especial aqueles que estiverem sob a sua guarda; - Desenvolver atividades correlatas a critério do superior imediato;
