Om uppdraget

Vi söker en erfaren Business Analyst som tillsammans med verksamheten ska definiera framtida rapporterings- och analysbehov kopplade till införandet av SAP S/4HANA. Uppdraget omfattar att identifiera, analysera och dokumentera verksamhetens behov av rapporter, dashboards, KPI:er och beslutsunderlag inom följande områden: Inköp, Project Portfolio Management, Asset Management, Underhåll och Finans. Fokus ligger på att definiera rapporter och analyser som ska utvecklas i vår analysplattform, samt att rekommendera vilka rapporter som lämpar sig att nyttjas direkt i SAP. Kartlägga, verifiera och vid behov komplettera målgrupper och användningsområden för befintlig och framtida rapportering. Arbetet inleds genom inventering av befintlig rapportering och befintliga målgrupper.

Arbetsuppgifter

  • Genomföra en nulägesinventering av befintlig rapportering inom SAP, Analytics samt relevanta självservicelösningar.
  • Dokumentera informationsbehov och rapporteringskrav.
  • Inledningsvis etablera en övergripande förståelse för befintliga KPI:er, nyckeltal och affärsregler. För prioriterade rapporteringsomrården ska arbetet därefter fördjupas genom att definiera, förankra och dokumentera de mätetal och verksamhetsregler som krävs för framtida rapportering.
  • Genomföra gap-analyser mellan befintlig och framtida rapportering.
  • Samverka med verksamhet, SAP-programmet, Analytics utvecklingsteam samt grupper inom vår organisation som jobbar med utveckling i SAP och på SAP-data.
  • Rapportkatalog med identifierade rapportbehov, målgrupper och prioritet.
  • Verksamhets-, informations- och rapporteringskrav.
  • Rekommendation SAP vs analysplattformen per rapport.
  • I senare steg definiera och dokumentera KPI:er, nyckeltal, affärsregler och rapporteringskrav som underlag för utveckling.
  • Definiera kravställningen för nya rapporter.

Krav

Ska-krav (obligatoriska)

  • Minst 5 års erfarenhet som Business Analyst, Requirements Analyst eller motsvarande inom Business Intelligence.
  • Erfarenhet av ERP-system och rapporteringslösningar.
  • Dokumenterad erfarenhet av kravinsamling för rapportering, BI och analys.
  • God kommunikativ förmåga på svenska och engelska, i tal och skrift.
  • Flytande svenska är ett skallkrav.

Bör-krav (mervärden)

  • Erfarenhet av SAP ERP eller SAP S/4HANA, gärna inom Inköp, Finans, Asset Management, Underhåll eller Projektstyrning.
  • Erfarenhet av Power BI
  • Erfarenhet av Energibranschen
  • Tidigare erfarenhet av att jobba hos oss.
  • Självgående, proaktiv och resultatorienterad.
  • Stark kommunikativ förmåga och vana att arbeta nära verksamheten.
  • God samarbetsförmåga och förmåga att skapa förtroende hos olika intressenter.
