Om uppdraget

Region Stockholm - Serviceförvaltningen söker en Senior projektledare för att etablera en supportfunktion inom Huvudjournalsystemet. Uppdraget syftar till att planera och strukturera supportverksamheten för programmets användare och intressenter.

Arbetsuppgifter

  • Ta fram onboardingprocessen
  • Utforma checklistor, guider och processbeskrivningar
  • Säkerställa enhetlig dokumentation och arbetssätt
  • Koordinera input från verksamhet, IT och andra projektströmmar
  • Stödja införande och kommunikation kring onboardingprocessen
  • Definiera målbild och arbetssätt för supportfunktionen
  • Etablera supportprocesser inklusive incident-, ärende- och eskaleringshantering
  • Ta fram rutiner, SLA:er och supportdokumentation
  • Säkerställa överlämning mellan projekt och förvaltning
  • Koordinera uppstart och implementation av supportorganisation

Krav

Ska-krav (obligatoriska)

  • Konsult ska ha minst 10 års erfarenhet som projektledare inom IT och/eller etableringar av supportfunktioner alternativt som Chef för supportverksamhet där man drivit etableringar av supportfunktion.
  • Konsult ska ha minst 3 års erfarenhet av projektledning inom hälso- och sjukvårdssektorn eller annan regulatorisk verksamhet.
  • Konsult ska ha minst 10 års erfarenhet av strategisk och operativt arbete kring ITSM processer.
  • Konsult ska ha minst 5 års erfarenhet av projektledning och/eller chefsroller inom supportverksamhet på företag/organisationer med minst 500 anställda.
  • Konsult ska ha vana av att samarbeta med både tekniska och verksamhetsnära team.
  • Konsult ska ha ett strukturerat arbetssätt med fokus på kvalitetssäkring och riskhantering.
  • Konsult ska ha god förmåga att arbeta självständigt.
  • Konsult ska ha god samarbetsförmåga.
  • Konsult ska vara flytande i svenska och engelska i tal och skrift.
  • Konsult ska vara kapabel att hantera flera projekt eller arbetsuppgifter parallellt.
