Du willst Projekte nicht nur koordinieren, sondern wirklich mitgestalten? In dieser Rolle verbindest du Projektmanagement mit eigener fachlicher Arbeit: Du übernimmst eigene Themen von der Analyse bis zur Umsetzung, sorgst gemeinsam mit der Projektleitung dafür, dass Projekte rund laufen, und lernst dabei Business und Technik gleichermaßen kennen.

Deine Aufgaben

  • Eigene Themen verantworten: Du analysierst fachliche Fragestellungen, entwickelst Lösungsansätze und bringst sie gemeinsam mit Fachbereichen und Entwicklung in die Umsetzung.
  • Anforderungen auf den Punkt bringen: Du verstehst bestehende Prozesse, erkennst Verbesserungspotenzial und übersetzt Anforderungen in klare Dokumentationen und umsetzbare Arbeitspakete.
  • Projekte mitsteuern: Du unterstützt die Projektleitung bei Planung und Steuerung, behältst Meilensteine und Abhängigkeiten im Blick und sprichst Risiken frühzeitig an.
  • Zusammenhänge und Auswirkungen erkennen: Du erkennst Abhängigkeiten zwischen fachlichen Anforderungen, Projektzielen und technischen Rahmenbedingungen und leitest daraus mögliche Risiken und Handlungsbedarfe ab.
  • Transparenz schaffen: Du bereitest Projektstatus, Aufwände und Risiken in Zahlen auf und lieferst so die Grundlage für gute Entscheidungen.
  • Menschen zusammenbringen: Du bist Ansprechperson für Fachbereiche, Entwicklung und Projektleitung, moderierst Meetings und Workshops und sorgst dafür, dass Ergebnisse festgehalten werden.
  • Den Überblick sichern: Du pflegst Projektpläne, Statusberichte und Anforderungsdokumente im PM-Tool, in Jira und Confluence.

Was wir von dir wünschen

  • Neugier und Lernbereitschaft: Du arbeitest dich gern und schnell in neue Themen, Prozesse und Tools ein.
  • Analytisches Denken: Du erkennst prozessuale Zusammenhänge, schätzt deren Auswirkungen ein und leitest daraus konkrete Handlungen ab.
  • Organisationstalent: Du verfolgst mehrere Themen parallel, behältst dabei den Überblick und setzt die richtigen Prioritäten.
  • Offen und kommunikativ: Du gehst offen auf andere Menschen zu und arbeitest gern mit unterschiedlichen Ansprechpersonen zusammen.
  • Ein abgeschlossenes Studium, z. B. Wirtschaftswissenschaften, Informatik oder Wirtschaftsinformatik, oder eine vergleichbare Ausbildung
  • Erste Erfahrung im Projektumfeld (1–3 Jahre), idealerweise in der Softwareentwicklung
  • Ein Grundverständnis klassischer und agiler Projektmanagement-Methoden
  • Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office, vor allem Excel
  • Deutschkenntnisse auf mindestens C1-Niveau

Pluspunkte, aber kein Muss

  • Erfahrung mit Jira, Confluence oder anderen Projektmanagement-Tools
  • Grundkenntnisse in Reporting- und Auswertungstools
  • Eine PM-Qualifikation wie IPMA Entry, PRINCE2 Foundation oder PRINCE2 Agile Foundation
