אנו מחפשים מיישם/ת פריוריטי למחלקת מערכות מידע, לתפקיד Hands-On הכולל אחריות על ניתוח צרכים, אפיון, יישום, הטמעה ותמיכה במערכת פריוריטי, בסביבה ארגונית מרובת משתמשים וממשקים. המשרה הינה משרה מלאה, ממשרדי החברה בלבד, ללא היברידיות.

תחומי אחריות עיקריים

  • ניתוח צרכי משתמשים ואפיון תהליכים עסקיים במערכת פריוריטי.
  • יישום והטמעה של מערכת פריוריטי וליווי משתמשים.
  • הדרכת משתמשים על תהליכים וכלים במערכת.
  • עבודה עם מודולי מכירות, שירות, מלאי וכספים.
  • תמיכה שוטפת במערכת פריוריטי וטיפול בתקלות.
  • תמיכה ותחזוקה של ממשקים בין פריוריטי למערכות חיצוניות.
  • כתיבת מסמכי אפיון והגדרת דרישות מערכת.
  • עבודה שוטפת מול משתמשים, צוותי IT וספקים חיצוניים.
