חברה תעשייתית מובילה באזור השרוןמרכז מחפשת אחראי/ת פתרונות ERP מנוסה עם מומחיות ספציפית במערכת פריוריטי. התפקיד כולל אחריות כוללת על תכנון, אפיון, יישום ותמיכה במערכת ה־ERP ובממשקיה עם מערכות נוספות כגון:

Plannit, Sysmetrics MES

המועמד/ת יהיה/תהיה אחראי/ת לאיתור והטמעת תהליכים חוצי ארגון לשיפור יעילות, בקרה ותפעול, תוך עבודה שוטפת עם גורמים עסקיים, ייצור, כספים, לוגיסטיקה ומכירות. נדרשת הבנה מעמיקה של תהליכי ייצור ותפעול ויכולת לתרגם דרישות עסקיות לפתרונות טכנולוגיים ישימים.

תחומי אחריות עיקריים

הובלה מקצועית של מערכת פריוריטי בארגון, כולל אינטגרציה עם מערכות תומכות נוספות.

תכנון ויישום פרויקטים חדשים במערכת, כולל ניתוח צרכים, כתיבת מסמכי אפיון והובלת תהליכי הטמעה.

עבודה שוטפת מול מנהלי קווים, תפעול וגורמים חוצי ארגון לחיות את רצפת הייצור.

ניהול הקשר מול ספקי תוכנה חיצוניים: תיאום משימות, מעקב אחר לו"ז, בקרת שעות ואיכות ביצוע.

זיהוי תהליכים ארגוניים לשיפור והטמעת פתרונות דיגיטליים חדשים.

מתן תמיכה והדרכה למשתמשי קצה וליווי שוטף של משתמשים קיימים.

אחריות על תחזוקת המערכת, שדרוגים ושיפורים מתמשכים.

תיעוד מקצועי של פיתוחים, תצורות ותהליכי עבודה.

דרישות חובה

לפחות 5 שנות ניסיון hands-on ביישום מערכת פריוריטי ERP חובה.

ניסיון קודם בארגונים תעשייתיים / יצרניים חובה.

ניסיון בעבודה עם מודולי ייצור, רכש, לוגיסטיקה ופיננסים.

יכולת לאפיין תהליכים עסקיים חוצי ארגון ולתרגם אותם לפתרונות מערכתיים.

הבנה טכנולוגית גבוהה ויכולת לתקשר עם מתכנתים וספקים חובה.

שליטה ב־SQL (ברמת קריאה ובדיקת נתונים) חובה.

ניסיון בעבודה מול ספקי תוכנה חיצוניים (בתי תוכנה / מפתחי פריוריטי).

תואר ראשון רלוונטי מערכות מידע / מדעי המחשב / הנדסה / תעשייה וניהול יתרון.

אנגלית ברמה טובה (דוקומנטציה והתקשורת מול ספקים).

יכולת עצמאית גבוהה תפקיד One-Man Show בתחום ה־ERP.

ראייה מערכתית ועסקית רחבה, עם יכולת חיבור בין גורמים שונים בארגון.

יחסי אנוש מצוינים, סבלנות ויכולת עבודה עם משתמשים בכל הדרגים.

תנאי עבודה

משרה מלאה באזור ראש העין.

סביבת עבודה באתר החברה , עם אפשרות לימי עבודה מהבית בהתאם לצורך.

אין תחבורה ציבורית עד שער המפעל, ולכן עדיפות מועמדים מהאזור הקרוב כלומר ראש העין, פתח תקווה, שוהם, גוש דן, השרון.

חובה רכב פרטי לצורך הגעה עצמאית למפעל.
