אודות התפקיד

תפקיד בק אופיס משמעותי בארגון ציבורי חיוני, הכולל טיפול בפניות גבייה, עבודה מול לקוחות עסקיים גדולים (כמו ספקי שירות ותאגידים), וכן מול תושבים. התפקיד אינו תפקיד פרונטלי העבודה היא משרדית וטלפונית, עם סביבת עבודה משפחתית, יציבה ותומכת.

העובד/ת משתלב/ת בצוות קטן ונעים, עם תהליך חפיפה מלא, תמיכה לאורך הדרך ואפשרות אמיתית להיקלט לטווח ארוך.

תחומי אחריות

  • יצירת פניות יזומות ללקוחות לצורך גביית חובות.
  • מענה טלפוני לתושבים במקרה הצורך.
  • מעקב ובקרה אחר דוחות גבייה ומצב חשבונות לקוחות.
  • טיפול בחובות בעייתיים ועדכון גורמי האכיפה בהתאם (ללא ניהול אכיפה משפטית).
  • עבודה שוטפת במערכות מחשב: Excel, Outlook, תוכנת גבייה ייעודית.
  • כניסה לכרטיסי לקוחות, הפקת דוחות ועבודה שוטפת מול מערכת הנהלת החשבונות.
  • מתן שירות מקצועי, אדיב ויעיל ללקוחות.

דרישות התפקיד

  • ניסיון קודם בגבייה / בק אופיס / שירות לקוחות יתרון.
  • שליטה טובה ביישומי מחשב: Excel, Outlook חובה.
  • ניסיון קודם במערכת פריוריטי יתרון משמעותי (לא חובה, מלמדים).
  • יכולת עבודה עצמאית, סדר ודיוק.
  • שירותיות גבוהה, יכולת התמודדות עם לחץ ואסרטיביות חיובית.
  • זמינות לעבודה בשעות חירום כשנדרש (הארגון מפעל חיוני).
