The posting

The Trade Marketing Trainee will support the execution and monitoring of trade marketing initiatives aimed at increasing brand visibility, customer engagement, and commercial performance. This role is designed for candidates looking to build experience in marketing, communications, and brand management while developing analytical, creative, and project coordination skills in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the execution of trade marketing campaigns and promotional activities.
  • Assist in the creation and adaptation of marketing materials for digital and offline channels using tools such as Canva, Adobe Illustrator, and Photoshop.
  • Help develop marketing communications, promotional content, and basic copywriting pieces.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure brand consistency across marketing materials.
  • Support email marketing initiatives, including content updates and basic HTML modifications when required.
  • Assist in tracking campaign performance and preparing reports with key findings and recommendations.
  • Support the development of presentations, sales support materials, and marketing assets.
  • Maintain marketing calendars, project trackers, and campaign documentation.
  • Conduct market and competitor research to identify industry trends and opportunities.
  • Provide administrative and operational support for brand activation and commercial marketing initiatives.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, Advertising, Graphic Design, or a related field.
  • Previous internship, extracurricular projects, university assignments, or up to 1 year of experience in Marketing, Trade Marketing, Communications, or Graphic Design is preferred.
  • Basic to intermediate proficiency in Canva, Adobe Illustrator, and Photoshop.
  • Interest in marketing content creation, branding, and promotional campaigns.
  • Basic knowledge of HTML editing for email marketing is a plus.
  • Intermediate English and fluent Spanish.
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint, Word, and Excel.
  • Strong willingness to learn and develop professionally in a fast-paced environment.
