Our client is a market-leading supplier in the food service industry, specializing in premium pastry ingredients. They pride themselves on delivering exceptional products to renowned bakers, chefs, and top-tier hospitality establishments, empowering them to create world-class culinary masterpieces.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, qualify, and convert new business opportunities across the Hong Kong food service sector.
  • Drive revenue growth by promoting a comprehensive range of premium pastry ingredients to new and existing B2B accounts.
  • Build and maintain long-term partnerships with pastry chefs, head bakers, and purchasing managers.
  • Research market trends, competitor movements, and evolving customer needs.
  • Deliver high-impact sales pitches, product demonstrations, and tailored ingredient solutions.
  • Attend industry trade shows and culinary events to maximize brand visibility.

Requirements

  • Degree holder in Business Administration or any related discipline.
  • At least 1 year of sales experience in bakery chains, hotels, clubs, or catering.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
  • Strategic thinker capable of executing sales plans effectively.
  • Available for regular outdoor client visits and face-to-face field sales.
