我们正在寻找兼具创意视觉能力与 AI 工具思维的影像策划应届生，负责产品视频的创意策划、美术设计与落地跟进，通过视觉语言精准传递产品价值。负责新品卖点的视觉化表达，输出完整的功能卖点视频拍摄方案，涵盖拍摄分镜脚本、场景、服化道美术与光影参考等，通过画面清晰传递产品核心卖点； 1、独立完成新品相关视频的全案拍摄策划，撰写逻辑清晰、可落地性强的拍摄分镜脚本，把控镜头叙事、节奏与整体画面质感； 2、熟练运用 AI 创意工具提升创意效率，包括通过 AI 文生图工具产出概念参考、场景效果图，使用图生视频工具完成动态素材试制与创意预演； 3、协同内外部制片、摄影、后期团队及供应商，跟进拍摄与制作全流程，推动拍摄策划方案高质量落地，对最终成片的创意效果负责。

1、本科及以上学历，导演、编导、视觉传达、数字媒体艺术、动画、影视摄影等相关专业； 2、具备扎实的视频策划基础，熟悉分镜脚本创作逻辑，对镜头语言、画面构图、光影色彩、美术设计有敏锐感知，具备良好审美与国际化视野； 3、有 AI 创意工具实操经验，能够独立使用文生图工具产出视觉参考，了解图生视频等 AI 内容生产工具的基础玩法； 4、对消费电子、智能硬件、户外运动品类有兴趣，乐于探索新的视觉表达形式与 AI 创作工具； 5、有视频策划、影视制作、美术设计相关实习经历，或有现场拍摄跟进经验、熟悉灯光 / 布景 / 后期全流程者优先； 6、投递请附上个人作品集（分镜脚本、视频作品、AI 创作作品均可）。
