1、负责音频、图像、视频等 AI 算法及传统算法在跨平台适配（win/mac/linux/android/鸿蒙等）； 2、深入理解底层硬件架构，负责算法在特定处理器（CPU/GPU/NPU/DSP）上的极致性能优化； 3、主导算法的性能剖析，输出工程化瓶颈点，并协同算法团队进行算法的算力/内存等进行优化； 4、负责高性能算法 SDK 的封装，交付高质量的SDK，并协同下游业务部门进行集成测试至上线。

1、计算机、软件工程、电子信息、通信工程、自动化等相关专业硕士及以上学历优先； 2、扎实的计算机体系结构基础，熟练掌握C++语言，具备优秀的工程代码与调试能力； 3、对并行计算、异构计算（如 CUDA, OpenCL, Metal, Vulkan）具有浓厚兴趣的优先； 4、具备SIMD、汇编底层底层优化经验，或有GPU编程相关课程设计/项目实践者优先。
