1、亚马逊 JP/AU 站点全盘运营与目标达成：负责全景无人机系列产品在亚马逊、乐天的店铺日常运营，包括 Listing 建设与优化、A+ 页面制作跟进、变体管理、库存监控、店铺权重维护等核心工作；根据业务分配的站点板块，高效落地运营动作，保质保量完成团队销售目标与增长指标。 2、日本 / 澳洲本土市场洞察与内容本土化：深度研究日本、澳洲消费者的购物习惯、审美偏好与内容接受度，主导 Listing 文案、图片、视频的本土化优化 —— 从标题关键词、五点描述到主图 / A+ 页面的视觉表达，确保内容贴合本土用户语境，而非简单翻译搬运；结合日本 / 澳洲地域文化与节日节点，针对性调整内容策略与促销节奏。 3、市场竞品分析与策略迭代：持续跟踪海外电商平台大盘数据、行业走势，深度调研全景无人机出海赛道的市场现状、竞品定价、推广策略及用户布局；结合海外地域文化、消费者偏好、产品使用场景变化，精准拆解业务痛点，针对性调整店铺运营、流量投放、产品推广策略； 4、数据监控与业务洞察输出：常态化监控店铺核心运营指标，涵盖流量结构、曝光、点击率、转化率、客单价、用户评价（VOC）、复购率等关键数据；定期整理、复盘运营数据，结构化分析数据波动原因，输出专业的运营优化方案、数据报告及商业业务洞察，为业务增长提供决策支撑； 5、跨部门项目协同与复盘沉淀：联动市场、设计、产品等多部门，统筹参与海外大促、节日营销、新品上市、爆款打造等核心项目的策划与落地执行；全程跟进项目进度，活动结束后完成全维度复盘，沉淀可复用的运营方法论、活动流程及增长经验，迭代优化业务模型； 6、行业跟进与业务优化升级：保持对海外电商行业规则、平台政策的高度敏感度，主动学习新型运营工具、运营玩法；结合行业动态与业务现状，持续迭代优化日常运营体系，挖掘业务新增量。

1、学历专业：全日制本科及以上学历，专业不限；日语、日本文学、日本文化研究等语言类专业，或商科、市场营销、数据分析专业优先。 2、语言能力： 日语：达到 N1 及同等水平，可作为工作语言熟练完成日文文案撰写、用户沟通、本土内容优化；具备优秀的日文写作与审美感知力，能判断日文表达是否地道自然，而非仅做字面翻译。 英语：CET-6 及以上，可读写英文运营资料、对接澳洲站基础工作； 3、本土化内容判断力：对日本 / 澳洲本土电商内容的 "图文审美"" 文案风格 ""用户喜好" 有自己的观察和见解；了解日本 / 澳洲社交媒体或电商平台。 4、思维与数据能力：逻辑思维清晰，具备优秀的问题拆解能力与结构化思考能力；拥有良好的商业敏感度（Business Sense），擅长从海量运营数据提炼核心规律，精准发现业务潜在问题，挖掘市场增长机会与商业价值； 5、综合软实力：具备出色的跨部门沟通、协同协作与 stakeholder 管理能力；拥有极强的创业精神，敢于主动突破固有运营模式，具备长期主义思维，愿意长期深耕全景无人机出海赛道；心态坚韧、抗挫折韧性强，自驱力极强，高度结果导向，拥有优秀的学习能力与责任心，心态开放，可快速适配新业务、新平台、新流程。
