作为影石的包装结构创意设计师，希望你是能打破「包装即容器」传统认知的革新者——既有艺术家的大胆构想，能创造令人惊喜愉悦的开箱体验，又深谙电子快消品的货架思维与商业落地法则： 1. 你拥有将产品定位与用户场景，转化为可成型、可量产的结构语言的能力； 2. 在材料工艺与结构形式不断更新时，你能够第一时间主动捕捉、研究并转化为创意方案； 3. 你认同我们"帮助人们更好地记录和分享生活"的使命，并会把这份热爱藏进每一次开箱的第一秒。 你的日常工作将涵盖以下部分： 1. 你将开发功能性、保护性与美学兼备的创新型包装结构，为影石 Insta360 全球新品建立差异化的开箱体验； 2. 你将探索不同形式的包装结构与多感官体验相结合的创意方案——触感（肌理/温感材质）、嗅觉（微胶囊香氛技术）、听觉（开启声效设计），把一次开箱做成一段可被记住的过程； 3. 你将主导从结构概念、手工样、白样验证到量产打样的全过程，独立完成结构提案，并在成本、跌落防护、装配效率与视觉表现之间找到最优解； 4. 你将与工业设计、视觉设计、产品与供应链深度协同，推动结构方案在真实工艺条件下完整落地； 5. 你将持续追踪全球包装结构、材料工艺与可持续方向的前沿动态，结合品牌调性进行前瞻性结构研究，为产品体验注入持续创新的可能。

【必需项】 1. 国内外知名院校包装工程、包装设计相关专业，本科及以上学历，2027 届毕业生； 2. 我们希望你能提前实习，并在毕业后正式到岗（时间无法满足要求的同学请谨慎投递）； 3. 具备扎实的结构展开与刀模图能力，熟悉纸张、瓦楞、EPE/EVA、模具成型等常见材料工艺，能独立完成手工样制作； 4. 理解商业设计的目的和价值，关注营销设计与消费电子行业动态，具备货架与电商双场景的思考习惯； 5. 积极主动，拥有强大的沟通能力，善于在跨团队协作中清晰表达与推进创意； 6. 作品集能体现从结构概念到落地验证的完整思考，而非仅有效果图。 【加分项】 1. 熟悉硬件类产品或影像类产品，理解精密器材对防护与装配的特殊要求； 2. 有可持续包装、减材设计或降本结构优化的实践经验； 3. 掌握三维建模与结构模拟能力，或有 AI 工具辅助结构发散的实践； 4. 热爱户外运动，尤其是摩托车/自行车/生活旅拍/滑雪等领域，对垂直场景有深入理解和见解。
