1、全生命周期服务：负责员工入、转、调、离等全生命周期流程的高效运营，优化办理体验，确保手续合规、准确、及时； 2、员工体验优化：管理考勤、社保公积金、福利等基础人事服务，持续提升服务响应速度与员工满意度； 3、制度体系建设：参与制定与迭代员工关系管理制度（如考勤、离职、异动等），通过流程标准化减少操作风险； 4、档案与数据管理：建立并维护电子与纸质档案体系，负责人事信息系统（HRIS）的数据维护与基础运维，通过周期性数据分析（入离职率、考勤分析等）为管理决策提供支持； 5、劳动关系风控：协助业务部门处理日常劳资咨询、离职面谈及争议预防，参与劳动争议风险分析与防范，推动形成良性沟通机制； 6、合规文化建设：撰写与发布人事公告、制度文件，策划劳动法律知识普及活动，提升管理者和员工的合规意识； 7、HR系统运维：负责HR系统的日常运维与数据看板搭建，结合用户反馈持续优化系统流程，提升人事运营效率与数据可视化水平。

1、本科及以上学历，人力资源、法学、心理学、管理学等相关专业优先。熟悉《劳动法》《劳动合同法》及社保公积金政策； 2、对数据与流程敏感，能确保信息零误差； 3、具备良好的服务意识与亲和力，能妥善处理员工咨询与敏感沟通； 4、英语读写良好（能处理外籍员工基础事务或读懂英文法律条款为加分项），了解HR系统逻辑者优先； 5、有原则、有耐心，愿意从基础事务中理解业务逻辑。
