1.结合影像产品业务节奏，为线下门店及经销商制定产品培训计划，覆盖产品知识、销售话术、服务流程，赋能一线销售人员； 2.从校园体验和一线销售问题出发，挖掘影像产品（全景相机、无人机等 ）亮点，开发实战培训课程，配套销售话术、竞品应对工具，解决 “剪辑难” 等痛点； 3.收集校园用户、门店销售的优质案例（如全景相机拍毕业 vlog 爆单 ），输出适配年轻人的培训素材（短视频、漫画手册等 ），推动经验落地； 4.运用 PPT、短视频等工具，开展多样化培训，助力门店从 “卖产品” 到 “玩出花”，提升影像产品的传播力与销量； 5.统计分析门店销售问题，定制专项提升培训，精准突破业务卡点； 6. 联动运营、市场等部门，输出零售工具，让产品卖点与新零售需求共振。
