1、根据产品需求、软件功能list，输出并维护产品测试用例，组织测试用例评审； 2、根据测试用例执行电池及充电产品功能、性能测试，输出测测试报告及组织评审； 3、结合AI大模型，主导开发自动化测试工具及上位机软件，并推动项目落地，提升测试效率和覆盖率； 4、针对测试发现的问题及时提单到jira系统，跟进并推动问题分析及解决； 5、学习业内先进测试方法、测试管理系统、测试设备并定期输输出技术分享，保证团队测试能力的先进性。

1、本科及以上学历，计算机/电子/通信/电气/自动化类相关专业背景； 2、具备电路基础知识，了解基本的阻容器件，半导体器件，通信协议等工作原理； 3、有AI辅助开发经验、或了解python/C/C++等编程语言者优先； 4、有较强的责任感和自驱力，善于沟通，做事细心严谨，良好的团队合作精神及较强的抗压能力。
