1、用户运营顶层策略输出：结合用户洞察、业务数据与行业趋势，主导制定全球（包括中国、北美、欧洲、亚太等区域）全渠道（线上线下）用户运营的短中长期策略，包括不限于覆盖用户全生命周期的用户分层体系搭建（拉新-激活-留存-复购-裂变）、生命周期管理、核心用户成长路径、跨区域差异化运营机制等； 2、策略落地与协同推进：将顶层策略转化为清晰、有逻辑、可执行的项目方案与SOP，联动数据、社群、会员、垂类营销、电商、零售门店等团队推动共识与落地，对最终的全球用户活跃度、复购率和LTV结果负责； 3、指标体系建立与监控迭代：协同数据分析经理及BI，建立全球用户运营监控体系，定义核心过程与结果指标，通过A/B测试、因果分析等手段，持续验证策略有效性，推动“洞察→策略→实验→复盘→迭代”的PDCA闭环； 4、用户调研与策略归因：围绕用户运营的核心动作（触达、权益、活动、社群机制等），设计并主导定量与定性调研（问卷、AB测试、深访、焦点小组等），清晰归因运营动作对用户的留存、复购、LTV等的影响；建立常态化的用户反馈输入机制，将碎片化洞察系统化，形成可指导策略的用户认知资产； 5、行业研究与知识创新：持续追踪全球创新消费品牌的用户运营最佳实践与新模式，结合AI引入新思路、新工具，将内部实践经验提炼为可复用的方法论，创造行业新知。

1、全日制本科及以上学历，专业不限； 2、逻辑清晰，具备较强的问题拆解和结构化思考能力，有较强的数据及用户行为分析能力，business sense好，能够从海量数据中提炼核心结果，及时发现和分析业务背后隐含的变化或问题，从业务发展角度洞察潜在的商业机会、寻找增长空间； 3、对消费电子、智能硬件、用户运营等领域有兴趣，能快速理解业务逻辑；具备对新业务的快速学习/掌握，信息整合/分析与战略思考能力，业务模型建设与优化能力，撰写逻辑清晰、富有犀利洞见的报告； 4、对影像、科技、户外运动等领域有浓厚兴趣或参与经验者加分；有咨询公司或互联网战略/商分/用研等相关实习经历者优先。
