1、负责雇主品牌媒介账号的搭建、日常运营与用户增长，完成内容发布、数据监测、用户互动等工作，结合热点优化内容方向，提升账号传播力与影响力； 2、负责公司内外活动的内容策划和宣发，输出多种形式的内容作品； 3、负责内部KOE用户运营与社区运营，制定并执行活动UGC传播及用户激励机制，开展内容审核与KOE 关系维护； 4、参与校园招聘宣讲会、招聘会等线下活动的全流程策划与执行；

1、2027届及以后毕业的高校在校生，新闻传播、市场营销、网络与新媒体等相关专业优先； 2、网感敏锐，深谙小红书、抖音等平台运营逻辑与玩法，有0-1账号起号或增长经验，或有自媒体、社群运营及UGC运营经验者优先； 3、热爱内容创作，具备扎实的文案功底与策划能力，理解爆款内容底层逻辑，能独立完成从选题到落地的完整内容产出，投递请附作品集； 4、熟练使用AIGC创作工具，掌握图片编辑、视频剪辑软件者优先； 5、逻辑清晰，目标导向，有策略意识，具备深度思考力，能独立完成数据整理与运营复盘报告。
