作为无线连接工程师，你将参与 Wi-Fi与蓝牙子系统的连接、性能与稳定性工作，并在资深工程师带教下，逐步建立对整机无线链路的端到端理解——从底层驱动、空口性能到量产可靠性，覆盖产品的完整生命周期。具体职责包括: 1、连接与稳定性调优:参与 Wi-Fi、蓝牙 BLE 的连接、漫游/重连与稳定性优化,学习定位弱网、强干扰、远距离等场景下的断连与吞吐问题； 2、驱动移植与定制:参与 Wi-Fi 驱动在目标平台上的移植、裁剪与定制,跟随团队进行驱动栈的专项优化； 3、性能测试与分析:参与吞吐率、时延、丢包、功耗等指标的测试与回归,使用 OTA 抓包、日志分析等手段定位问题。

1、通信、电子、计算机或相关专业，本科及以上学历； 2、了解 802.11(a/b/g/n/ac/ax) 或蓝牙协议栈，对 MAC/PHY 层有基本认识； 3、有 Linux/C/C++ 基础，具备一定的问题定位与日志分析能力； 4、对无线通信有热情，学习能力强，乐于动手调试与解决问题； 5、熟悉生成式 AI / LLM 工具(如用于代码生成、日志分析或文档辅助)。

优先考虑(加分项) 1、有 Wi-Fi 驱动相关的课程设计、开源项目或实习经历； 2、了解 802.11 空口流程(扫描、关联/认证、信道与带宽切换、速率控制/链路自适应)； 3、接触过 Wi-Fi/BT 共存(Coex)、低功耗或漫游相关概念； 4、使用过综测仪、频谱仪、OTA 抓包等仪器，或有较强的快速上手意愿； 5、接触过图传、低延迟实时音视频传输等方向； 6、优秀的毕业设计/课题、学生科研论文发表，或相关无线/嵌入式实习经历； 7、扎实的数学与信号处理基础。"
