1、统招本科及以上学历。 2、对TikTok、Instagram Reels、YouTube Shorts等海外内容平台有浓厚兴趣，是深度用户，对热点内容有敏锐感知，具备较强的网感。 3、具备良好的逻辑思维和学习能力，对内容商业化链路（曝光→点击→转化）有好奇心，愿意深入钻研。 4、具备较强的Owner意识和执行力，有校园社团活动、实习项目或个人自媒体运营经验者优先，能够主动推进任务并乐于复盘总结。 5、中英文可作为工作语言，具备良好的沟通协作能力，能够适应快节奏、多项目并行的工作环境。
