1、本科及研究生在读，市场营销、广告、传播等相关专业优先； 2、有甲方/乙方内容平台（抖音/小红书/B站等）投放经验优先，熟悉巨量营销/聚光/云图/灵犀等产品； 3、数据敏感，擅长Excel/SQL/PowerBI/Tableau数据分析等数据分析工具或AI数据分析优先； 4、有良好的项目管理能力，耐心细致，抗压能力强； 5、拥有3C/美妆/互联网行业实习经验优先。
