The posting

1、负责基于深度学习的检测跟踪、重识别、分割、关键点、动作理解、深度估计等各类CV感知或VLM算法的开发，应用于人机交互、视频理解、自动剪辑、智能飞行等业务； 2、跟进行业最新进展，复现和优化前沿算法，或者根据前沿理论与经验准则设计新的算法，保持公司算法能力在工业界和学术界的领先； 3、根据业务场景的需求，进行算法任务的拆解或归并、模型的结构优化、裁剪与微调训练，并协助移动端/嵌入式开发工程师进行算法的移植与落地。

1、计算机、电子信息、自动化、数学等人工智能相关专业，硕士及以上学历，博士优先； 2、熟练掌握深度学习领域的基础算法，在目标检测分割、视频理解、几何感知、LLM等前沿算法领域中的一个或数个有丰富的理论基础和实践经验，发表过视觉感知、LLM、VLM等A类一作论文者优先，在多模态VLM大模型方向上有深入研究经历者优先； 3、熟悉掌握Python等编程语言，代码能力强，学习能力和逻辑思维能力强，具备团队合作精神。
