你的日常工作将涵盖以下部分： 1、你将基于产品定位、市场策略与用户洞察，为影石 Insta360 新品定义核心主视觉风格，构建一套与产品调性高度统一、引领市场的视觉语言； 2、你将主导从创意概念探索到完整方案呈现的全过程，独立完成设计提案，确保创意精准传递产品核心卖点； 3、你将把控视觉制作全流程，指导后期渲染及现场拍摄等关键环节，对画面质感、光影结构与视觉细节提出专业标准，保障所有产出在技术执行与美学表达上的高品质； 4、你将持续追踪全球设计趋势与风格探索，结合品牌调性进行前瞻性视觉研究，为产品传播注入持续创新的表现力。

1、拥有海外院校学习背景或国际化设计视野，设计、广告学等相关专业； 2、积极主动，拥有强大的沟通能力，善于在跨团队协作中清晰表达与推进创意； 3、具备扎实的视觉审美与创意概念能力，作品集能体现从策略到呈现的完整思考。

【加分项】 1、对影像充满热情，热爱摄影，对画面有敏锐的感知力； 2、热爱户外运动，尤其是摩托车/自行车/生活旅拍/滑雪等领域，对垂直场景有深入理解和见解； 3、有国际 4A 广告公司实习经验。
