The posting

1、参与影像产品(全景/运动相机等)的竞争力拆解,理解产品定位、目标用户与竞品差距； 2、协助梳理效果、性能、功耗三者之间的约束与矛盾,推动各方在评审中做出合理权衡与取舍； 3、将分散的影像效果与功能需求结构化整理,形成可对齐、可量化的需求清单(画质、防抖、拍录模式、回放体验等)； 4、协助组织审片会、功能体验评审、竞品对比,跟进问题分级与闭环； 5、在算法、平台、硬件、软件之间登记并跟踪依赖,推动关键卡点按时拿到结论； 6、学习用数据与竞品分析支撑判断,辅助输出影像竞争力相关文档与报告。

1、计算机、软件、电子、自动化等相关专业,本科及以上;非科班但有扎实编程能力和真实项目经历者亦可； 2、具备独立软件开发能力,熟练至少一门语言(C/C++/Python 优先),掌握数据结构、算法、操作系统、版本管理等基本功,能读懂技术方案与代码逻辑； 3、思维敏捷、结构化:能快速把复杂问题拆解,抓住主要矛盾,理解工程中""有得必有失""的权衡本质； 4、学习能力强: 能在短时间内进入陌生领域,做到""能和专家对上话、问对问题""； 5、具备沟通连接与推动能力,能听懂不同专业的人在说什么并推动达成共识； 6、有 Owner 心态和责任感,对事情能否做成发自内心地在意； 7、对影像/相机/视频有真实热情(拍照剪片、研究画质、相关 side project 均可)。 【加分项】 1、有嵌入式、Linux、音视频、图像处理、算法任一领域的项目或课程经历； 2、对性能优化、功耗/发热、实时系统有过实践或认知； 3、熟悉 Git、CI、调试工具,有良好工程习惯(代码规范、文档、测试意识)； 4、担任过赛事队长、项目负责人等需要整合多方、推动落地的角色； 5、能熟练用 AI 工具加速学习、阅读代码与信息整理。
