1、在导师指导下参与马达 RFI 的整理与定制选商工作,学习从产品需求到马达规格的拆解方法; 2、协助开展马达在整机系统上的应用验证,参与各项性能参数的测试、匹配与优化分析; 3、参与马达设计开发各阶段评审,协助跟进重点风险项的改善、验证与闭环记录; 4、跟踪马达行业动态与新兴驱动技术,做技术调研与内部分享; 5、协助维护马达 checklist、roadmap 等技术文档。

1、本科及以上学历,机械、机电、自动化、精密仪器、电磁场等相关专业; 2、具备扎实的机械结构设计与力学基础,了解电磁场、驱动与控制的基本原理,对可靠性/仿真有基本认识; 3、了解常见马达驱动形式(音圈 VCM、piezo、弹片、滚珠、导杆、SMA 等)中的一种或几种者优先; 4、有相机模组、精密驱动、OIS/潜望/光变等相关课题、竞赛、实习或项目经历者优先; 5、掌握至少一种三维设计软件,用过 Maxwell/Ansys 等仿真工具者优先; 6. 学习能力强、逻辑清晰、认真严谨、抗压能力好,乐于沟通与分享,有主动钻研和坚持把事做对的意愿。
