本岗位是服务运营管培生专项，旨在培养复合型人才，通过轮岗培养服务运营全链路能力，成长为具备技术支持、数据分析、用户运营经验的复合型人才，最终明确定岗。 1、轮岗方向一：社媒技术支持： -负责国内外社媒平台（如微博、抖音、FB、X等）的服务与技术支持，解决售前咨询、产品功能解答、售后故障处理等问题，提升客户满意度； -处理用户咨询与投诉，记录需求并优化解决方案，推动产品与服务改进； 2、轮岗方向二：社媒运营： -账号内容策划与执行制定社媒账号内容规划，撰写创意文案、设计图文/视频素材，结合热点事件提升内容曝光与互动率； -策划并执行UGC活动（用户生成内容），管理创作者社群，制定内容审核规则与激励策略； -挖掘并筛选潜在 KOC（关键意见消费者），通过沟通谈判建立合作关系，维护 KOC 关系并指导其产出高质量内容； 3、轮岗方向三：服务运营与分析： -负责呼叫中心 / 客服数据字典及分析体系的构建及运维，对多数据源数据进行挖掘，帮助业务线发现、分析和解决问题；基于历史数据和趋势进行预测分析，输出未来业务量及人力预测，并对排班方案提出优化建议； -通过AI大模型运维、知识运维，全球化站点管理，服务方案设计和优化，参与到线上服务智能化转型的进程中； -负责部门合同的管理及月度费用的结算，月 / 季度形成经营分析报告，提出优化建议，牵引部门费用相关决策。

公共要求 结合平台大盘数据走向、产品和消费者人群特征、用户使用场景变化趋势等，对市场 / 竞争对手 / 业务问题进行深入分析，为业务策略调整提供数据和分析支撑。

1、学历：本科及以上学历，英语 CET-6 或以上水平，英语可作为工作语言； 2、数据分析能力：有数据分析相关系统使用经验（如 Excel、Python、SQL、Power BI 等 BI 工具），具有较强的逻辑思维能力和数据分析能力，能够对客户服务数据进行有效的分析和总结； 3、具备优秀的人际沟通能力和谈判能力，能够与合作方、内部跨部门等各方有效沟通； 4、工作认真细致，具备较强的责任心和承压能力，能够承担较大的工作压力，有较强的团队协作精神； 5、热爱科技类电子产品，熟悉摄影设备，具备摄影及视频创作能力者优先；有相关作品集请附上供参考。
