职位描述 1、AI应用开发：参与 AI Agent、Skill 及垂直场景应用开发，覆盖数据分析、自动打标、知识检索、报告生成等业务场景，推动原型向实际应用落地。 2、后端与系统集成：开发后端接口、数据库及数据处理任务，对接大模型 API、业务系统和第三方服务，实现工具调用与流程自动化。 3、服务器部署与维护：参与 Linux 服务器环境配置、应用部署及日常维护，通过日志分析、异常排查保障服务稳定运行。 4、业务方案与效果优化：对接业务需求，参与可行性评估与方案设计；通过 Bad Case 分析、模型选型、Prompt 及业务逻辑优化，提升准确率、运行效率与成本表现。 5、技术探索与交付：参与 MCP、RAG、插件等技术的预研与验证，做好任务拆解、进度反馈和文档沉淀，推动功能验收与持续迭代。

职位要求 1、本科及以上在读，计算机、人工智能、软件工程、数学、统计学、数据科学或相关理工科专业。 2、熟练使用 Python，具备独立编码与调试能力；熟悉 FastAPI、Flask、Django 或同类后端框架中的至少一种，有接口开发经验。 3、掌握 SQL，使用过 MySQL、PostgreSQL 或同类数据库，能够完成基础表结构设计、数据查询与读写。 4、有独立将应用或网站部署至服务器的实践经历，熟悉 Linux 基本操作及 Docker 等部署工具，能够完成环境配置、服务启动与基础问题排查。 5、理解大模型 API 调用与 Prompt 设计，有 AI 应用实践，能够通过代码完成模型调用、数据处理或工具集成。 6、熟悉 Git，具备基本的数据保护和密钥管理意识；学习主动、沟通清晰，能够持续推进任务并反馈问题。
