1、参与智能影像硬件的系统软件开发，覆盖从设备启动到影像采集的整条链路。 2、参与 Android 系统层开发，涉及系统服务、跨进程通信、硬件抽象层、系统应用等方向。 3、持续优化系统的启动速度、运行稳定性、性能与功耗表现。 4、与驱动、算法团队协作，把算法能力接入系统，调到量产可用的质量。 5、用系统级追踪工具在真机上定位性能与稳定性问题，提出方案并落地验证。 6、深度参与产品从原型验证到量产交付的完整研发周期。

1、2027 届本科及以上，计算机、软件、电子、自动化、通信等相关专业。 2、操作系统、计算机组成、数据结构与算法基本功扎实，理解进程管理、内存管理、并发编程等核心概念。 3、熟练 C/C++，在 Linux 下真实写过、调过程序。熟练或了解 Java/Kotlin。 4、能读英文技术文档和源码，对技术有好奇心有热情。

【加分项】（有一条就是亮点，一条都没有也欢迎投） 1、读过或改过 Linux 内核、AOSP 或其它大型开源系统的源码。 2、了解 Android 系统机制、相机成像链路、音视频编解码其中任意一个。 3、做过图像、音视频、图形相关的项目。 4、做过软硬结合的项目：开发板、机器人、无人机、智能硬件/软件/数学竞赛 。 5、有技术博客、GitHub 作品或开源贡献。
