工作职责 1、定性定量用户调研支持： 针对不同业务线项目需求及用户画像设计招募链路，确保招募样本的精准度与交付时效，为公司用户洞察提供用户资源； 参与用户问卷的设计与逻辑校验，协助通过各渠道进行问卷投放及样本回收。 2、数据清洗与初探：负责调研原始数据的清洗、去重及初步整理，协助分析师产出用户画像及核心场景洞察报告。 3、后台运营：负责问卷运营后台的日常维护（包括标签管理与数据监控）。

任职要求 1、至少有一段互联网运营、用户运营、行业用户研究实习经历。 2、工具技能：熟悉至少一种调研工具（如问卷星、腾讯问卷、SurveyMonkey 等）。 3、熟悉抖音、小红书的流量底层逻辑、搜索算法及用户沟通偏好，有网感，能快速捕捉平台热点。 4、具备良好的文字表达能力和亲和力，能够应对高频的用户沟通，抗压性强，结果导向。 5、极其细致：能够耐心地处理大量重复性运营工作，确保数据准确； 6、逻辑性强：能理解复杂的问卷跳转逻辑及标签体系架构；
