岗位职责 1、参与 Agent 运行时的装配与迭代，包括会话、上下文、工具调用、模型调用的编排与状态管理 2、参与任务调度系统开发，负责排队、领取、心跳、超时、进程异常后的接管与断点续跑 3、参与并发与一致性设计，保证多实例运行时不重复处理、不相互覆盖、不丢消息 4、参与流式输出的链路开发，包括 SSE 推送、断线重连、事件回放与重复消费防护 5、参与工具执行边界与权限管控，明确工具能做什么、以谁的身份执行、越权请求在哪一层被拒绝 6、参与可观测性建设，支持对单次回答所用知识、数据查询、模型调用的事后追溯 编写单元测试与故障演练用例，维护上线门禁

任职要求 1、2027 届本科或硕士，计算机、软件工程及相关专业 2、至少一门语言掌握扎实，TypeScript / Node.js 优先；熟悉 Python、Go、Java 亦可，入职后转 TypeScript 3、计算机基础扎实，数据结构、操作系统、数据库、网络至少两门能讲清原理 4、有完整做完一个项目的经历（课程项目、开源、竞赛、个人项目均可），能讲清自己负责的部分与遇到的问题 5、理解并发与状态一致性，能说清锁、事务、幂等分别在解决什么问题 6、有验证意识，会写测试，能说明一个功能应当如何验证 7、具备阅读现有代码的能力，能定位需要修改的位置 加分项 1、阅读或修改过 Agent 框架源码（pi、DeepAgent、LangGraph、OpenHands 等） 2、有工具调用、MCP、沙箱隔离、审批、审计等相关实践 3、使用 PostgreSQL 做过队列、锁、事务相关工作 4、有 SSE / WebSocket 流式传输与断线重连经验 5、有线上故障排查经历，能从现象定位到具体链路 6、有 GitHub、技术博客或可访问的线上作品 7、有 CTF、系统类竞赛或性能稳定性相关经验
