1、创作者招募线索运营：承接各渠道创作者入驻线索初审，完成资料核对、创作者基础信息录入，协助挖掘海外垂类潜力素人创作者，整理达人线索库。 2、UGC 内容产出运营：结合公司营销目标与海外KOC的内容风格，引导产出符合要求且具备爆款潜力的UGC内容。 3、海外社媒热点与垂类内容素材沉淀：日常追踪 TikTok/Instagram/YouTube 等主流平台热门内容、平台流量规则变化，保持海外社媒内容敏感度，提炼内容方法论赋能创作者。 4、支撑创作者精细化运营目标，进行创作者社群搭建与运营。 5、全维度运营数据台账统计：创作者内容基础数据复盘、爆款榜单统计、创作者激励下发等数据对账统计；分区域市场整理创作者活跃度、流失率等基础数据，整理可视化数据表，支撑正式运营复盘报告。

1、本科或研究生在读，专业不限，英语、传播、市场营销、新闻、广告等相关专业优先。 2、熟悉TikTok、Instagram、YouTube等海外主流社媒平台，了解短视频内容分发的基础逻辑；有户外、骑行、滑雪、机车等垂类内容运营经验者优先。 3、具备较好的英文读写与沟通能力，能够与海外用户或创作者进行日常线上沟通。 4、数据敏感度较高，熟悉Excel等工具；会使用Tableau或其他数据可视化工具者优先。 5、对短视频内容有基本审美和判断力，能够快速识别内容质量；有个人社媒账号运营经验，或有Vlog、旅行、骑行、户外类短视频创作经历者加分。 6、细心耐心，责任心强，能够适应素材整理、数据统计等基础运营工作，具备良好的执行力与跨部门协作意识。 7、每周可稳定到岗5天，连续实习3个月及以上者优先。
