1、协助负责用户社区及社群运营，维护社区氛围，挖掘潜力用户/创作者，并协助完成建联与日常沟通。 2、协助进行用户社群舆情监控、话题引导及日常氛围维护，提升社群活跃度与用户参与度。 3、跟踪内容行业趋势、平台热点及用户偏好，协助整理内容运营洞察与方法论，支持创作者运营及内容增长。 4、协助完成用户运营相关的数据整理、活动执行、内容发布及效果复盘等工作。 5、配合团队完成跨部门沟通协作，推动运营项目顺利落地。

1、本科或研究生在读，专业不限，市场营销、传播、广告、新闻、社会学等相关专业优先。 2、对用户运营、社群运营、内容运营有浓厚兴趣，熟悉抖音、小红书、视频号等主流内容平台生态。 3、具备良好的沟通表达能力和执行力，做事认真细致，有责任心，能够高效推进日常运营工作。 4、具备一定的数据敏感度，熟悉Excel等基础工具，能够协助整理和分析运营数据；会使用Tableau等可视化工具者优先。 5、对内容、设计、美学或创意有一定兴趣和判断力，能够关注社交媒体热点及用户动态。 6、有校园社群运营、自媒体运营、内容创作或相关实习经历者优先。 7、有摄影产品使用经验者优先。
